In view of the statement in paragraph 10 thereof that no attempt is made to set out the whole of the
Government's case, as Counsel for the Government, Mr.
Potter, K.C., is absent from the Colony, and that in so far
as the case has been set out full right is therefore reserved to modify, alter or add to the same, it appears to us that
it would be a waste of time to deal seriatim with the provi-
sional points raised by you until you have had an opportunity
of taking Mr. Potter's opinion and have decided whether to
modify, alter or add to the case indicated.
We trust therefore that we shall hear further from
you in due course.
să.
Yours faithfully,
Johnson, Stokes & master.
